Two chemistries, one discipline
LTO where the duty is brutal: high rates, deep cycling, wide temperatures, and cycle counts that would wear out other chemistries. LFP where energy density and cost carry the decision. Either way the pack gets the same engineering: cell-level sensing and balancing, a managed thermal design, and a BMS that publishes everything it knows over CAN.
Visible to the people who own it
A battery you cannot see into is a liability on a schedule. Envoltz packs ship connected to the Equipment Portal, with over 1,000 monitored parameters on a battery power system: state of charge, pack and cell voltages, currents, module and cell temperatures, balancing activity, contactor state, and isolation monitoring, live, on your phone if you want it there.
Serialized from birth to refurbishment
Hundreds of serialized packs are in the field with their full lifecycle on record. When a pack comes back for refurbishment, its history comes with it.

Built
Packs are assembled in-house with module rows, BMS boards, and sensing harnesses installed and inspected on the bench.

Tested
Every pack runs a load-cycling test under instrumentation before it ships, against a factory test plan tied to requirements.

Tracked for life
Each serial carries its history from birth through refurbishment: builds, tests, service events, and engineering changes.
