Warranty

Coverage

The company guarantees equipment, when properly maintained and operated by competent personnel, performs as specified. Envoltz provides free parts to remedy defects traceable to material or workmanship faults for one year following the original invoice. Defective parts must be promptly returned to the factory for evaluation. The seller determines whether replacement or repair occurs.

Performance deterioration from equipment wear is not covered, nor are issues resulting from misuse or operation outside design parameters.

Liability Limitations

Seller liability for claims arising from warranty breach, performance issues, or equipment sale or operation shall not exceed the original purchase price. The company assumes no liability for incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, equipment use loss, cost of capital, substitute product or service costs, facility downtime, or customer damage claims.

For systems incorporating equipment from other manufacturers, Envoltz makes no guarantees regarding component interaction. Advice concerning equipment interconnection or system installation does not subject the seller to liability.

Third-Party Components

Components not manufactured by Envoltz carry only original manufacturer warranties. The company disclaims all other warranties, both express and implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for particular purposes. Buyers acknowledge reliance only on terms specified in the limited warranty. Equipment is not intended for applications where single component failure could cause substantial harm to persons or property, and the seller disclaims liability in such cases.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty excludes damage occurring from:

• ▸Damage occurring during shipment
• ▸Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• ▸Unauthorized modifications
• ▸Failure to follow operational instructions in owner's manuals
• ▸Inadequate routine maintenance
• ▸Operation beyond tolerance specifications

Modifications

Equipment modifications occur at buyer risk. Envoltz provides limited warranty only on goods as delivered and properly used. Changes to construction, machining, or other aspects void the limited warranty, as does unapproved or improper equipment use.

Warranty Period

No warranty extends beyond one year from the original invoice date, and no liability for special, indirect, or consequential damages applies. The seller bears no responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from labor disputes, transportation shortages, material receipt delays, priorities, fires, accidents, or causes beyond seller and supplier control.
